Stressless Customer Service

A letter we received from one of our customers praising our own Natalie Bigger.

Hi Natalie,

I just wanted to thank you for all of your help, and patience in answering my questions. The Ekornes furniture arrived yesterday and we love it! You provide great service and I am glad I chose Smartfurniture from all the options out there. Truly, your responsiveness and friendliness in answering all my initial questions made all the difference - I was a bit reluctant to make such a large purchase from afar, but have no regrets. Am lounging in my Stressless chair as I type this....
